With Shiv's new ultimate allowing multikills, I believe we should add a sound effect to indicate multiple executes in one killing blow.
Similar to Valorant, I think the more kills you get with Killing Blow in one press, the higher the 'pitch' of the sound should be. see here:
You could modify the 'shwing' sound effect in pitch to represent this. Would really make lining up a big execute feel even more satisfying on the odd chance you do get a multikill.
