Shiv's "Bloodletting" passive causes Pocket's affliction to be lethal to Shiv

Realistically, it makes sense how and why this works. Damage diffused is damage diffused, no matter where it comes from. But it feels unintentional considering the nature of affliction's non-lethality, and it especially feels bad how a positive passive is actually a massive negative.

Ye shouldn't probably work like this but his passive will kill him.
