When Shiv has bleed on an enemy he "bleeds" green like when he is hit by Affliction (Pocket Ult).
Not sure if its intended to have an visual bleed effect like that but it looks very close to Affliction.
This bug is not from the recent update. I first noticed this a couple weeks ago and thought I would give it time before I report it.
