I think shiv's ult should be a skillshot similar to Hollidays ult.

Let me add, I don't think it should be 'hard' to hit. I just think a homing instakill is a bit much.

I agree with you, and it seems obvious to me that having more skillshots is better than fewer. A rapidly reusable teleport instakill seems like a fundamentally frustrating concept for an ability.
