Shiv ult out of bounds after Paradox's kinetic carbine hit

I ulted as Shiv on Paradox who just before my ult lands managed to hit me with the kinetic carbine. This made me slow down initially, and then sped up and warped me out of bounds above the map's skybox, while also killing Paradox. I was stuck on the roof / skybox but was not able to explore more as the match ended.

Basically the same thing happend. As I ulted Paradox, kinetic carbine hit me and send me flying ontop of the skybox. Neither unstuck or suicide helped. I even tried to take the zipline. Needed to die and respawn to fix it.
