Same issue here on the patch an hour ago, haven't seen on the patch a few minutes ago yet.

Came here to see if this was being reported. Can confirm this just affected my last game.

It seems to just take the cooldown to 50 seconds when you get a kill with it, so if you have less than 50 seconds then it increased the ult cooldown

very weird

Update: A Hotfix was just rolled out
ULT IS FIXED THANK YOU DEVS
