I used Killing Blow on a character within the instakill threshold who was on a staircase below me in a building. The resulting kill put me inside the building. I couldn't be pullled out with a Bebop hook or Quantum Enganglement. I was only able to get out by using Killing Blow on a Lash that happened to be flying by.
