Activating Arcane Surge and then throwing Shiv's Knife does not apply the bonus Spirit Power to the bleed damage, only the initial impact receives the Spirit Power. Additionally, the 20% extended duration does apply, which should bring the Bleed Duration from 5.00s -> 6.00s, but instead brings the Duration from 5.00s -> 5.99ish. This is important because the Bleed damage tics every 1 second flat.
While you're at it, could you update the Bleed spirit scaling to include more digits? Right now it displays a scaling of 0.2 despite having an actual scaling of 0.16.
