Currently, Shiv's m2 (alt-fire) seems to be functioning as a burst of two m1 shots at once. The pellet count is doubled from 6 to 12, and the damage is also doubled.
As such, one would expect the m2 to also stack any effects (Toxic bullets, Spiritual Overflow, etc.) at twice the rate of his regular m1 shot. However, as you can see in the attached clip his m2 seems to have the same bullet stacking rate as his m1.
