Near the end (41:00), I used Shiv ult on an enemy escaping through their tunnel and I was stuck in their tunnel. Invisible walls kept me stuck in there and the enemy team refused to finish me off. I tried to unstuck myself but it just put me back in the tunnel, and I couldn't figure out how to killbind to get out either.
