Shiv getting stuck in building

Was playing a game and my shiv got stuck in a building close to blue. match id 4295785

I had the same happen (in the same building it seems?). I ulted close to it and got teleported up there in a cursed room. I don't know about you but I could not use the suicide or unstuck buttons as they were basically not working. Match id 6411642 for me.

Suicide/unstuck don't work as well.
