Shiv execute ult works while no death is checked in sandbox

Shiv execute ult can kill test dummys and heros even if no death is enabled in sandbox

it seems that Shiv will ignore anything and execute. this might also be true with the new item Cheat Death.

What was expected to happen: Predict Shiv's ult and use Cube right before he uses it, in order to block my own death
What happened: I timed Cube correctly, but his ult still executed me anyway.
