Return Fire:
- no longer builds from Extra Regen
- builds from Reactive Barrier instead
- moved to T3 (4250 souls)
- gives +25% ammo, +100 health and +5 health regen
- conditional stamina restoration from Reactive Barrier is replaced with permanent +1 stamina stat
- conditional shields from Reactive Barrier are now non-conditional shield stats
- Return Fire is no longer an active item
- Return Fire's proc condition: once any of shields is broken (Reactive Barrier's proc condition is removed)
- returned damage and duration are the same but armor given is increased (25% bullet armor, 10% spirit armor)
Veil Walker
- remove +300 bullet and spirit shields
- new effect: double the amount of your current shield pool (works on Reactive Barrier, Divine Barrier, Divine Kevlar etc)
If that's too much shields you could also add "bonus damage vs shields" stat on some items.
