Severe stuttering after today's patch.

As of the latest patch, I get severe graphical stuttering, while still maintaining high fps. I have never experienced this until the latest patch. I can provide more information about my personal settings/setup, but I have not changed anything between the patches.

This happens from match start to match end, and occurs even in the practice area. Gameplay audio (movement noise, abilities, etc.) will stutter as well, but not things like music, announcer, etc.

It's worth noting that I had about 110 fps when I recorded the clip.

edit: woops, didn't see this post was from weeks ago. Been having the same issue today.

Just wanted to post I'm experiencing this now. I have a very low end computer but last week it was fine.

EDIT : I"m not 100% sure but after some messing around I think it was related to me having 2 audio devices plugged in. I turned one off (a mixer) and it seemed to stop happening.
