Ever since about two weeks ago (august 16th-ish, before the new hero update it took longer to frame drop and started at 30 minutes instead), every round I play, at around 15 minutes the game drops from ~75fps to ~20fps and then to ~10fps until i restart the game. It then comes back 10 minutes after for the rest of the round. My gpu shows upwards of 70-100% usage during this time on either window desktop manager (when borderless fullscreen) or deadlock (when fullscreen). This only occurs for deadlock and no other game i have played recently comes even close to the framedrops that are occuring.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, which i know is a bit outdated but it still runs most games fine. I also have two monitors, 64 gigs of RAM, an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor.
