Seven ult particles and sound persist after death

Played a bot match, and died during ult. Fell through floor. During death timer I tried to replay death, which didn't really capture how I died. Once I respawned I can see and hear Seven's ult arc lightning particles and sound effect, though not active. Sound was very distracting and had to leave the match

Just had this happen to me as well, no particles on my end, and I dont think it started looping the sound until I tried to hit R to watch the death replay, but likewise had the sound persist endlessly, even after dying repeatedly and trying to watch another death replay to stop it.
