when coming off of a zip line not by player seven ult will launch you into the sky if used in the first couple of seconds

that's not a bug, it's just doing the normal superbounce height that his ult normally gives, but starting from your height in the air.

No, the "bounce" is the ult bumping you up vertically, and coming off a zipline gives you 0 air resistance for a couple of seconds. Both of those things combined make seven go much higher than usual. Same effect can be seen if you go off the zipline on Yamato and use power slash, you'll go much further than usual
