I like this character's sinister backstory and design, but I feel like his interactions with other heroes (such as acknowledging killstreaks, deaths, kills, etc) doesn't quite fit the personality a serial killer whom escaped an execution would probably have.
He seems too jovial and friendly-- almost PG, if you will. Not saying he should be cussing up a storm cloud or anything, but I feel like it would make more sense if he was less personable and had more of a disregard for the other heroes whether on his team or not.
