Clip of bug in action:
I came across this bug while playing against a Seven.
After some kind of trigger, the sound effect and lightning arcs that come from Sevens hat during his ultimate permanently turned on, and was there for the entire match. I was the only person that could see this according to team.
Since the visuals and audio were always turned on, I could always tell how far or close they were from me. When the Seven player died, the effects would persist on his death location until his corpse was removed/teleported back to spawn
