Seven Christmas Skin not in inventory after completing the challenge

Recently completed the seven challenge to get the christmas skin and after the game I no longer have the skin. I have a clip where I get the skin and am playing with it for the remainder of the game. Only thing I can think of is my game was messing up so I had to leave and restart. Any way I can get the skin back?? I think I got the challenge again but didnt give it to me.

I had similar thing happen to me. Was playing Lash and got the achievement right before game ended, or right as we lost. Didn't show in lobby and had to get it again
