Settings change for multiple users on the same PC.

My friend and I both play Deadlock on the same PC. We have seperate user accounts on the PC and we each play on our respective Steam accounts. Whenever one of us makes a change to the game, the changes are also made for the other. We have noticed this particularly with the hero selection and the crosshair settings, though haven't tested with other settings.
