I live in NA and my friends live in the middle east. We have been playing europe for the past month and a half no issues. The recent change of ping prioritization is forcing games in NA or SEA and giving the odd one in our group 200+ ping. Would love a change revert or some sort of modification for this scenario. We have been playing DOTA together for the last 10 years and don't see why we shouldnt be able to in europe servers for Deadlock.
