Server cpu lag

I have a strange lag, I think is due to server cpu. I play the game normally and then the serveur cou rise to 60/80% and my game start to lag (freeze 1 sec every sec). I have to restart my game between each game, even if that's brawl or bot game. My computer is not lagging on other games and my connection is not a problem too (Im in discord call while playing and no lag). I don't know if that could be a setting problem.
