[Serious Bug] Game crash --> Display port/other disconnected, PC crash

Issue: Game froze, then appears to have crashed my PC, as my screen went dark, then after a few seconds the monitor turned off (no display port error or something, can't remember). Computer works again upon restart, as does the game.

Most recent update, Sept. 30th, 2024:


Bug still repeats, in my last game it crashed my PC so severely all connections seemed to get bugged (mic, display port/hdmi/monitor, keyboard, mouse), PC eventually POSTed in safe mode after several forced resets (POST safe mode screen, not a tech girlie so I'm not sure if it has a different name).


I believe the bug appears most often when opening or closing spawn Shop, or interacting inside of it.


Will not be playing Deadlock until a future game stage/major update/this bug is addressed, continuous resetting can't be healthy for my PC and making it crash that bad is not worth the stress unfortunately.

Hoping I can return to the game at a later, most stable stage, loving the game otherwise so far.

TLDR;

This crash only happens with Deadlock, never had it happen with any other game or program. As far as I can tell it's after or when opening spawn shop. Usually resetting my pc after crashing fixes it and I can rejoin the match, but the last one completely bricked my PC.

I started having a similar problem when a match with other players just started or a few seconds into a match. Other games don't cause that issue.
