I was playing a match (id: 12724700) and alt-tabbed after dying, started a different game's update on Steam, alt-tabbed back and was semi-frozen: I was stuck at 0 respawn timer, the minimap was frozen, I couldn't buy anything from the shop, and I definitely couldn't move, as I seemed to not actually have respawned. Despite every other player's icon being frozen on the minimap, I could still hear their kills and use the chat to communicate.
