selling magazines doesn't update current ammo to the new max

when selling a magazine, the current ammo will stay where it was, despite the new max ammo being below the current ammo.
not a major bug, just something weird I noticed.

I think this is meant to happen. Same thing with the 3 large magazines powerup when you're on your 3rd mag.
