To reproduce you must have bought the item component by component. A quick way would be:
1. Buy Melee Lifesteal
2. Buy Lifestrike
3. Buy Bullet Armor
4. Buy Improved Bullet Armor
5. Buy Spirit Armor
6. Buy Improved Spirit Armor
7. Buy Sprint Boots
8. Buy Enduring Speed
9. Buy any other Vitality item and select anything, you'll get the previous component
It happened really late in match 15848373, around 48 minutes. The replay is not ready yet, I can't pin point the exact time, in any case it was really late in the game. I thought I bought Soul Rebirth replacing Enduring Speed, but it just downgraded it to Sprint Boots.
Sandbox shows the same behaviour.
