self-casting(mouse3 issue)

previously items such as healing rite took priority over abilities, so if you had abilities bound to mouse3 you could self-cast healing rite on yourself. now you self cast it and cast your ultimate at the same time, mouse3 seems to be broken for ivy's ultimate, you just cast it on yourself instantly
edit: whoops, fixed it with setting alternate cast to double tap
