Self cast using Quick cast requires key to be released.

Holding "Alternate cast" and then pressing an ability/item to self cast should trigger it on key down. Currently when using the Quickcast option "Quick cast" and holding the Alternate cast button, the ability key must be pressed and released for the self cast to activate. Compare to "Confirm cast" which correctly activates on key down while holding Alternate cast.

This should only be the case when Alternate cast is used to self cast, as other uses (such as Lady Geist and Dynamo second abilities) still need to be aimed when using Alternate cast.
