Self cast Bebop not working [FIXED! WAS MOD ISSUE]

I am unable to self bomb myself. I have set for alternate cast to require holding the key for 0.12 seconds. Can anyone else replicate this?

Update: Using item mods reverts your game. Take note guys!

I don't have a self cast modifier. It is simply hold the key for 0.12 seconds.

So that means holding it down for Dynamo, or holding down vortex web ability and looking at a target, or hold cart will do the alternative cast respectively.

Update: It was an item mod that caused it to not work.

It is working as intended, and I can hold my 2, and use echo shard and instantly put 2 self casts at once. IT'S NOT BROKEN!!!
