Selecting one of the two live matches with the highest rating (left side) in the Watch menu seems to consistently fail to connect to the match. The following console output is generated:
This continues until the retry count reaches ten, then the client stops retrying (as shown above). The stream URL reflects the match being connected to, but the connection fails (404 means 'not found'). Navigating to the URL in a browser produces the text
I am now spectator rate limited due to testing so I can't test further, but I will update with any new information when I can.
EDIT: No longer rate limited, I am now able to connect to any match to spectate.
