Return of an old bug that I haven't seen in probably a month now: Abrams getting stuck on geometry as he comes down from his Ult. This prevents any and all movement for a cripplingly long time, allowing for people to get quite a few decent hits in without Abrams being able to defend himself.
It happened pretty early on in the match, as you can see in the video I've included. It would appear that the combination of the sign and the railing is what got him locked in and prevented the ability from completing.
