Seer is a levitating character permanently stuck in a meditating position. She is an old woman draped in a ton of old mystical rags and charms, darkened by an unknown substance. She has a bloody blindfold on, and on her forehead is a third eye. She has darkened shrivelled skin and wiry gray hair, implying she is undead/possessed by a greater power.

Ophelia spent her life telling fortunes, but it was the day of the first maelstrom that she felt her life really began. Suddenly, she found herself equipped with all the necessary skills and talents to predict and analyse the new magical energies of the world. The crystal ball she had inherited from her mother, now suddenly started glowing, as magical energies converged inside of it. And in those energies, she saw lifetimes of alternate possibilities, and unlimited amounts of power.

Almost all of them said the same thing. Your Soul is fading.

Except for one. The one where she sold her soul to a powerful mystic deity, freezing her soul's decay in time and granting her incredible powers.

But the Deity knew just how desperate she was, and so everything except for her soul was taken from her. Her mind and body are in the complete control of a powerful creature known only as "The End", which uses her skills to put taxes on the flow of time and fate, which now converge on her orb.

After being possessed by The End, she was given a new name, "Seer". Nothing more than a tool for the end to use. Her life force was replaced by an inky, eternal darkness, her body twisted and contorted as two new arms sprouted from her back, and a third eye sprouted from her forehead. She now levitates off of the ground, summoning dark spirits from the depths of time to aid her.

Ophelia wants to be free and to save her soul decay, and The End wants to work with the surviving Patron. Thus, are they brought into the fight.



Abilities:

Weapon: Seer throws purple projectiles at the enemy with two of her hands, while the other two continually draw power from the orb. This means she never has to reload, however her fire rate will be decreased significantly after a certain amount of projectiles are fired (as she has to wait for her other two hands to draw more power, which is similar to a reload). Her projectile speed is relatively slow.

1st: Orb of power : Seer taps into the power of her orb which takes a second, and then releases a soul sphere that ramps up in speed and explodes when making contact with a target. At max level, it also silences enemies for 2 seconds.

2nd: Soul summoning: Seer calls into the ground below and calls up soul projectiles from the ground, while fly towards the nearest target. She is slowed when doing this slightly and cannot attack normally. The souls will linger for some time if they can't find a target immediately.

3rd: Portal : As the name suggests, left and right clicking throws a disc which pierces enemies and then creates a portal on any flat surfaces hit which links to the corresponding one (Just like the game Portal). Any friendly projectiles that pass through a portal gain increased speed and a slight homing effect. The portal can stay up for 10 seconds by default.

4th: Channelling: Seer begins to meditate. In this state, audio is muffled and hearing range is reduced. She also cannot move or attack. She creates a massive area around her (Same size as Seven ult) that can go through walls. Being in this area deals no damage, but instead increases ability cooldown for all enemies, and decreases ability cooldown for all allies. This means that Seer can hide somewhere in a team fight, and if her team can protect her, they gain a massive advantage in a team fight.
