Hello, my name is Nick Zukew. I'm Brazilian and I play on the SA server. I started searching for a match, but my friend was about to join, so I clicked "Cancel Search." However, at the same moment, a match was found. I didn’t even get to the loading screen; it seemed like I had canceled the search, but I knew a match had been found because of the click sound it makes. Given this, I received a 1-hour ban unnecessarily, since I clicked "Cancel Search" and didn’t even have the option to return or join the match as I didn’t reach the loading screen.
