Screen Flickering After Today's Update

My game is flickering after today's update. I have had lots of problems with the game crashing either while in a match or in the buy menu, but this is the first time my game has been stuttering. I uploaded a video here:

I will say, the video makes it look worse than what I actually see, but I would definitely consider it unplayable. Also, here are my PC specs, if it matters:

Windows 11
Intel 9900k
NVIDIA 2080 Super
32 GB DDR4 RAM
Game is installed on a M.2 NVME SSD

My stuttering issues were fixed with the most recent update
