It might not actually be a bug, more of an unfavorable interaction but when a Haze buys the item Silencer and then ults you, the screen flashes enough to give me a headache. Im not prone to headaches but i also don't look into strobe lights very often! Maybe you could add an internal cooldown to the screen flash or keep it white for longer. That item makes her ult a quasi flashbang right now. Love the game, hope it stays around for a long time.
