Scorn + QSR + Mystic Burst bonus dmg doesn't heal on shields

Scorn lv2 with Mystic Burst + QSR does the bonus dmg as expected but doesn't get ANY bonus healing from the effects of mystic burst or QSR when hitting a shield. Only heals for the base amount of the lv2 scorn (140~). Heals for the bonus of ~300 against unshielded targets.

Seems like inconsistent behavior as the dmg goes through but no healing at all. I can see justification for it maybe not healing 1.6x as it's against a hero's shield instead of themselves but then I'd expect to see 0.6x base heal not 0x.

Happening both in game and in sandbox.

In game screen shots you can see mystic burst procing and from Lash POV that he has a spirit shield

Notably, Lash who's 3 works similarly with extra healing from mystic burst is not consistent with this behavior and heals the normal amount even against spirit shield. (121 dmg, 79 healing against shield and not)
