Safe to abandon match counted as a loss for ranked

Viscous dc'd early on, and match was abandoned by whole team at around 11 minutes. I then received both a match played on my 7 games to be ranked as well as a loss in my match history. Are ranked matches not supposed to be abandonable or was this a bug? match id: 24648111

"safe to leave" means you won't get queue banned for leaving. the match result still stands, whatever that result ends up being.
