I think something like Soul Ring from Dota but for stamina would be cool.

Weapon

cost:500
+6% weapon damage from shop bonus

-activate to damage yourself for 66hp and gain a stamina. Your next stamina usage has increased speed and distance


+25% dash or double jump speed and distance (Conditional)
+66 hp
+6% weapon damage


cooldown: 20 seconds
 
Good concept in general. This would have to be % current or max health cost to use in order to not be incredibly overbearing once laning ends and HP values start going up.
They could also do something like this for ability charges if they don't want to do it for stamina.
