Ricochet does not trigger Seven's 3 ability bullet procs

Ricochet's description says it triggers bullet procs on ricocheted bullets, but does nothing while Seven's 3 is active. I can understand from a balance perspective why it wouldn't work with Seven's 3 ability, but the description on both says "bullet proc" and it is confusing that they don't work even though they use the same terminology.

The ability also says it only triggers once per burst (Seven shoots in bursts of three bullets per left click). So I wouldn't consider it a bug but definitely a grey area and not super intuitive.
