So berserker, but more expensive and takes up a vitality slot that's prime real estate on most heroes? I don't know if anybody would actually buy it.

It works as a concept but the base stats definitely need to be higher as a point of balance. It doesn't have more survivability thatn Beserker and it takes away from things that give survivability by taking a vitality spot.
