Revamp Cold Front's Active

Change the Active into a Passive (with a cooldown):
Your next Dash-Down does not cost an extra stamina and upon landing you release an expanding ice blast that deals Spirit Damage and Slows targets it hits.

well you have to press jump then ctrl 2 times, and what if im rooted? while you could just press actuion button without triggering the effect by mistake (if not missclicked). i think its reliabli enough.

Generally tier 2 spirit active slots are very contested and down dash is underutilized. I just think that the idea of keeping the functionality without taking up an active slot would make the item stand out more.
