Return Fire is broken / OP

Return fire is balanced by having more than 2 brain cells and not holding lmb when you see red aura and hear sound que...

Not to mention you can dodge it's projectile.
I obv know that, mr 2 brain cells. So I'm being forced to either stare at him for 7 secs as Vindicta after I already used my flight or try to escape while im getting shot all because of a 1250 souls item? I also noticed you're unranked and you play in bellow average lobbies you prob dont understand how this item is underrated, broken and should cost more than 1250 souls.

Thats literally the purpose of that item - counteract heavily gun damage invested heroes. Dafuq is wrong with you?

I don't have a problem with the item itself being a counterplay but I think it belongs to the 3000 Souls catergory just like Metal Skin and Knockdown.

i havent tested it, anyone know if it does "full damage of attack" x 60% or is it "damage you would have taken x 60%

the main difference being, if i have a ton of bullet resist, does that make it do less damage?

Looks like it's higher than yours if this item is such a problem because in mine seeing whole team with red aura or knockdown is normal but then you're playing Feeddicta so it's obvious why it's a problem, she has only 2 states of being, flying before knockdown'd and dead.

So naturally this item is extending dead part, but you know what? You could focus on running away instead of getting outmatched on the ground, that's part of the strategy in this game.
Seems like you want to constantly have edge in play by damaging opponents until they give up on you or die, that's expecting ez mode with no counter play in moba. Seems like your main problem is playing sniper on front line or not investing into escape items..

And if you claim that top 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% mmr lobbies didn't use that item then they aren't top lobbies, this item was superior pick in august with 80% dmg returned lmao.
I've been advocating for purchasing this item for months on this forum because of how good it is especially against braindead heroes like Haze and Feeddicta about which people come here to complain every week.

Now should this item be more expensive? Nah it's 100% countered by strafing left and right when shooting which you can test in sandbox by pressing make mimic and defensive value is just barely to not get into negative bullet resist from bullet resist shredder. It's also an item from highly contested category for every hero and you still need either armor or metal skin to come truly on top of person shooting you because without them you get hit for 80+% anyway depending on debuffs.

It does return 60% of full value which is why it's so fun against Haze's ult. But main take away is that you still get 80+% damage with it active so Metal Skin or Adv Spirit Armor are 100% necessary which means at least 2 green slots taken, ez when whole enemy team goes gun, though luck when they have even split between gun and spirit.

Yep remember when Veil Walker was in 1250 for some god damn reason? Same situation here. I also think they should've bumped Slowing Hex to 3K instead of destroying the item every patch. Now we have pub metas defined by flying heroes with super mobility getting 2s heads up to spam dodge so they're in another lane by the time they're knocked down.
