Restorative shot currently only seems to heal if you hit the first shot when pressing the fire button. If you are holding down the fire button and hit a player/orb/minion with a bullet that was not your first shot it will start the restorative shot cool-down without healing. Restorative shot also seems to not activate and starts the cooldown occasionally even when you hit the first shot. This almost entirely breaks restorative shot and in this bugged state it is useless. This started on the 11-07-2024 update.
