Resto Shot vs Orb Confirm

I shoot enemy orb.

I get resto shot healing off the orb.

I don't get the orb??

How does that make sense mr. Yoshi?

Pls fix.

To reproduce:
Start game w/ any sort of ping, buy resto shot, try to deny orbs. It WILL happen. It's driving me insane.

so i noticed that if i shoot and dont hit something I get a heal. I think i was also shooting orbs when it happened and missed.

This tells me that the game checks your target and decides human or nah, then heals you based on that. Otherwise it heals you hit or miss not matter what. I didnt bother to test this, but that was my observation mid game.
