Respawning inside of base geometry

At around 8 minutes into the match, I died and when I respawned it was inside/underneath the base geometry. I couldn't get out, and the kill command/unstuck command are no longer in the esc menu. Eventually I found the killme console command on the wiki which did work.

The unstick button is still in the ESC menu, its the two arrows near player feedback.
