Respawned with another player's items in game

In match 11762032, at the end, I'm Infernus. And when I spawned and reached enemy base. I found that my items are the exact same as my Geist's. And since she didn't build metal skin, I don't have that active button, can't use metal skin, and died to Haze ult. The slots are different, too. The unstoppable is bound to first active. I have it on my fourth. So I only used that.

When reviewing replay. I can't see this bug again. I didn't record my game play so I can't upload a video of it. But this bug happened.
