Resolve the issue of connection

When I match the game loading, I get stuck in the loading interface. Press ese to exit the game display and confirm to exit the viewing mode? There is no warning of any ban
But when I quit, I was banned again, so what exactly is the situation???

Got random crash and then couldn't reconnect instead got stuck on spectating mode and got banned, been happening a lot with these crashes that don't allow reconnects either. Sure bans are just a hour long but damn, fix the game. Been happening for 9 days already.
