Hello. I have a Philips 241V8L/01 monitor and a 750ti video card. In the game settings you cannot set it to “full screen” and the resolution to “1920x1080” at 75 fps. If you put “Fullscreen without borders”, then you can set “1920x1080” at 75 fps. In the first screenshot “Fullscreen without borders” (в окне без рамки), in the second “in full screen” (на весь экран)
