In this game, I was playing Lash, and in the 2nd round around the 2 minute mark (a bit before my first death in the reply), I tried climbing a rope as mcginnis rescue beams me. For whatever reason, this put me in a bugged state, where the game thought I was still in the rope climbing state, yet detached me from the rope. I wasn't able to climb back on, nor do anything that gets blocked while on a rope (shoot, block, cast abilities etc.).
The state I was in sounds very similar to a rope climbing bug with Billy ult that's already been reported, so maybe its some underlying interaction with attaching to a rope right as you're being displaced?
